ARLA hits the small screen

At Lemontree, we are proud to be a registered member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), and news that its advertising is hitting the small screen has come as a great start to the New Year.

From this week, adverts for ARLA will begin broadcasting on channels including ITV4, Home, Sky Atlantic, Sky Living and Discovery Home & Health to remind customers of the importance of choosing a licensed agent.

The campaigns have been designed to reiterate the importance of making sound choices when appointing a rental agent. With millions of tenants in the UK now relying on the private rented sector for their homes, awareness of choosing a professional and trustworthy agent is more relevant than ever.

Commenting on the new wave on endorsement for ARLA members, Lemontree’s Beth Barnham said: “The introduction of television promotion will be a real boost for our credibility and profile at both a national and local level. With more focus on accredited agents, Lemontree is in a stronger position to stand out in the marketplace.”
